This may include your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration while utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics/analytics.
We request full network access to provide app functionality, including receiving update notifications and accessing app features.
We may collect non-personal identification information about device for authentication and improving our services.
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your device's hard drive or operating system. Once you agree, the file is added, and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site.

For iOS users, subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All payment data is handled securely by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy. Your subscription information (status, expiry date) is managed through our application. You can manage or renew your subscriptions through our application settings. If you want to use some advance feature's then you have to pay some amount as per auto renewable subscription plan length. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your in app subscription in Apple ID settings.
For Android users, payments are processed through Razorpay payment gateway. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or banking information. Razorpay processes your payment information securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Transaction data may be transmitted to our cloud services for order processing and service delivery purposes.
When you use our app's optional In-App Purchase services or payment features, transaction data is transmitted to our cloud services and communicated to third-party services (Apple App Store or Razorpay) for payment processing. We retain transaction records for accounting, tax compliance, and customer service purposes.
Your subscription status is used to provide you with appropriate access to premium features. We track subscription validity to ensure service continuity.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.
Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the
Personal Information that is stored in our database. We have implemented suitable
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information
we collect. We limit access to your Personal Information to those employees and
contractors who need access to perform their job function.
However, we will not
be responsible if there is any inadvertent leakage of personal information by way of
fraud and identity theft over which we have no control, which may be considered to fall
under the broader category of cybercrime. You acknowledge that Harikrushna Infotech is
not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet. If you have any

While you are utilizing our website and application, you grant

circumstances, information we collect about you shall be retained as long as required

receiving communications from us, we reserve the right to retain your contact
information for reference/record purposes, but we respect your wishes not to be
contacted for marketing purposes.
You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. We respect your decision and provide multiple convenient methods to submit your deletion request.

three methods:

Upon receiving your account deletion request, your account will be permanently deleted within 6-7 business days. This ensures proper processing of your request and compliance with our data management procedures.
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:
• Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your account credentials and login information
• Your preferences and settings
• Your usage history and activity data
• Any other personal data associated with your account
Following account deletion, we may retain certain information
for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes:
• Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (as required by law)
• Communications records for legal compliance
• Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you personally
This retained data is kept secure and used solely for the stated purposes.
Once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account. Please ensure you want to permanently delete your account before submitting the request.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", "our" refers to Harikrushna Infotech, Ground Floor, Shop No. 3, Apple Square, Ved Road, Katargam Surat GUJARAT 395004. "You", "your", "user", "visitor" refers to any person using our services, website, or mobile application.
The content of the pages of this website and mobile application is subject to change without notice.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website or application for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's Terms of Service and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By subscribing, you agree to comply with Apple's subscription policies and billing terms.
Before purchasing a subscription, users may access a demo version of our services, including a shared assistant available to all users. The demo allows users to explore core functionality and evaluate features prior to committing to a paid subscription. Demo access mayinclude other demo user shared resources.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund any previously paid subscription period. Access to premium features remains available until the subscription expires.
Subscription pricing may change. If Apple increases subscription pricing, users will be notified and must confirm acceptance before renewal.
All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled exclusively by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store support channels.
Apple is not responsible for the app's functionality, content, or services provided within the app. Any claims or issues related to the app should be directed to Harikrushna Infotech, not Apple.
For Android users, payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway that complies with PCI DSS standards. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
We accept various payment methods through Razorpay including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. All payment information is processed securely by Razorpay.
We do not store your card details or banking information. All payment data is handled by Razorpay's secure servers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment information.
You will receive a payment confirmation in app after successful transaction. Please retain these records for your reference. We maintain transaction logs for accounting and support purposes.
If your payment fails, please retry after verifying your payment details. If the amount was debited from your account but the transaction failed, please contact us immediately at customercare@hkisoftware.com with transaction details.
No cancellations and refunds are entertained once a purchase or subscription is completed. All sales are final.
For iOS In-App Purchases and subscriptions processed through Apple App Store, the payment is handled by Apple. However, subscription management, activation, and access control are managed through the Apple App Store with our backend systems. We are not obligated to cancel or refund subscriptions under any circumstances once the purchase is completed. All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. Users cannot cancel active subscriptions through the app or our support channels.
For payments made through Razorpay on Android devices, all transactions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for digital content or services once access has been granted.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as technical errors that prevented service delivery, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction with proper documentation to customercare@hkisoftware.com.
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us at customercare@hkisoftware.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.
Shipping and delivery terms are not applicable for our business as we provide digital services through our mobile application and website. All services and digital content are delivered electronically through the app or via email.
The pricing applies to standard usage only, covering up to 50,000 entry records. Any usage beyond this limit will incur additional charges based on actual usage. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or service charges at any time. Current subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes including GST as per Indian tax laws. Tax rates may vary based on your location and are subject to change based on government regulations.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our website or application will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harikrushna Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
Our app integrates with third-party services (Apple App Store, Razorpay). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of these third parties. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
